EC' Mechanism Simulator

General 4-species diffusion-reaction model

This simulator models a planar four-species EC′ mechanism with finite substrate depletion: $O+ne^- \rightleftharpoons R$, followed by $R+Z \rightarrow O+X$. The model includes diffusion and homogeneous chemical reaction but does not include double-layer charging, iR drop, migration, convection, adsorption, or finite-electrode geometry effects.
